Session fees will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Deposits for sessions are taken at the time of booking with the balance to be paid at the time of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

At Serenity Hypnotherapy & Wellbeing, I understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes appointments need to be changed.

To ensure I can offer appointments to other clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with 48 hours or more notice can be moved to another suitable appointment at no additional cost.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

• Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full session fee.

• If you arrive late, your session will still finish at the scheduled time to avoid delaying other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

I understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. These will always be considered on an individual basis, and I aim to be as understanding and fair as possible.
